Cubs on a kill
Early morning action with single lioness on a Kudu kill with its three cubs - this was close to a waterhole with a herd of elegant around and the scavengers had already visited the site so when they bring re-inforcements the single mother may be pushed off the kill - in the meantime watching the protective behaviour of the mother and the carefree behaviour of the cubs in the beautiful, if not a little dark, morning light, was absorbing
